The room had all the facilities I expected. Some nice touches included the fresh fruit.
My room was next to a public toilet. It was close to entertainment rooms, so it was quite noisy. Every time someone went to the toilet, it reminded me of they were entering my room. There was also a noticeable unpleasant smell after toilet use.

i found the location excellent for visiting clifton village. the bus stop just outside provided easy access into the city center. my room included a mini bar, fruit, and tea and coffee facilities. the restaurant offered a delicious meal .
the hotel lacked an elevator, requiring navigation of long staircases.

staff was very helpful, quickly resolving a minor issue with my initial room and moving me to a new one. the receptionist josh was particularly attentive.

I enjoyed the helpful reception staff. They were always ready with a smile. The convenient parking made arrival stress-free. I was very close to several restaurants and shops. The location enabled easy access to local attractions without extensive travel.

the room was clean and provided a good shower.
My room was located on the top floor. It had multiple staircases including a steep one at the very end. the bed was not comfortable. the curtains did not fit the windows properly and let in excessive light in the mornings.
